One-on-One Sessions

Private one-on-one sessions allow for personalized inquiry, in a safe and collaborative space.  We work together to identify what outcomes you’d like to achieve, and center our exploration of opportunities accordingly.  Sessions are solution focused, ensuring that the scope of your work is as efficient and pragmatic as possible.

Couples Sessions

Time-limited therapy with couples comprises 6 to 8 sessions, intensely focused on identifying and evaluating maladaptive interpersonal behavior patterns. Sessions destigmatize and demystify the difficult process of building intimate partnerships. Clients develop strengths and skills that help each party attain a balance between acceptance and change.

Group Sessions

Bringing together individuals with distinct yet related goals, group sessions provide an enriched environment that fosters mutual support and learning.  Process-focused groups (6 to 8 members) typically meet over a set period of time (6 to 12 months) to build cohesion and drive accountability.
